Resumo: Este artigo apresenta um estudo que buscou compreender como a formação dos educadores em contexto em tempos de pandemia pode contribuir para o [re]-significar da Proposta Pedagógica de uma escola de Educação Infantil a partir de um processo reflexivo- dialógico ancorado na pedagogia freireana. A formação em contexto dos educadores visa o desenvolvimento profissional no espaço educativo, e, em conformidade, a proposta de formação dialógica desenvolvida no contexto da escola promoveu o protagonismo, conscientização e auto(trans)formação das educadoras.
