The judicial scene witnesses, through the literary representations that it suggests, historical contexts from which it cannot be emancipated. From a judgment, critical and lost, often analyzed by the literature of the 19th and 20th centuries, the judicial scene seems to become object, in this 21st century, of an interrogative and fertile attention, capable of modifying its image. An image of justice that would be in conformity with a re¬silient and moving humanity.
