This article aims to highlight Nietzsche's proposal about the “queen of sciences”, Physiopsychology. It came to light in opposition to the metaphysical onceptions traditionally accepted by Psychology until that moment. From the German author's perspective, this powerful tool allows us to evaluate how scientific interpretations can, at the same time, promote or impede the development of human potential. Recurring themes in philosophy, such as the soul (psykhé), such as consciense (conscientia), in psychology, will be replaced by the notion of Will to Power, that is, configurations of impulses that reveal, through symptoms, the morphology of a given configuration.
