Abstract

This article discusses epistemologies of itinerancy based on ethnographic experiences conducted in contexts of displacement, both inside and outside the university. The research is linked to collectives and self-managed spaces, proposing an implicated ethnography that operates as active listening and political articulation. By moving through unstable territories, ethnography assumes a wandering character, incorporating affective, ethical and political crossings. Writing is treated as a situated and experimental practice, which resists hegemonic formats of knowledge production. Methodologically, a reflexive and relational stance is adopted, which recognizes the fluidity of the field and values ​​hesitations, silences and refusals as legitimate data. The results point to a reconfiguration of the role of the researcher and the ways of doing ethnography. It is concluded that these practices challenge the boundaries between academic production and direct action, contributing to expanding the forms of anthropological action in the contemporary world.
