This article deals with culture of transit from an ethnography developed with the employees of Porto Alegre's Carris Company (CARRIS). From their narratives, reconstructs their trajectories related to their inclusion in the company and their relationship with the city mediated by the prospect of their daily travel and transit. Unveils itself in generational experiences where employees interviewed recognize their unique paths in the plurality and diversity and historical assets of the Company and the city. It analyzes the project Memory of Carris in which a privileged narrator is guardian and character. The research develops a reflection on memory and time building narratives of images produced in the research process and studied the achievements of Stock Images and Visual Effects (PPGAS, UFRGS).Downloads
