ESTRATÉGIA DE GESTÃO DE ESTOQUE: estudo de caso em uma fábrica de portas no Município de União da Vitória-PR

Abstract

The article aims to analyze and develop Inventory Management strategies to improve the control of inputs and outputs in the Pormade Company's Outpatient Clinic sector. The study will address the identification of current problems, carry out a detailed analysis of the inflow and outflow of uniforms and explore the benefits and methods of a computerized system for inventory management, aiming to improve processes and ensure adequate supply of uniforms according to demand from the Outpatient Clinic. To develop the study, exploratory research was used to understand the problem in order to propose appropriate solutions. Data collection was also used to seek objective information which will allow testing hypotheses formulated in light of what is being observed. Seeking to achieve effective inventory control results through training and improvements in the company's control processing methods, the use of a control system is suggested.
