With shame of love

Abstract

In recent decades, criminological research has recovered concepts that had been abandoned by the Human Sciences, such as love and hate, which remained in a more religious and philosophical scope. These are concepts that have remained far from the Human Sciences for a long time, including (mainly?) from the political and social sciences. The (macro)structural bias of the political and social sciences in several countries (but not all), including Brazil, created a ban by prohibiting the use of some psychological variables in their analyses, particularly emotions.
