Este artigo discorre sobre a importância do teatro na formação do educador dos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental. Através do ato relacional do jogo e/ou da brincadeira desencadeiam-se aprendizagens fundamentais na formação do ser humano. Em que medida o teatro com seus jogos dramáticos e brincadeiras cantadas, podem mediar a construção de uma docência mais dialógica, humana e contextualizadora?
