Abstract

Brazil stands out as one of the emerging powers in the field of international technical cooperation with the increasing involvement of different governmental agencies. This article analyzes the Brazilian technical cooperation, with special focus on the case of triangular partnership between Mozambique, Brazil and Germany, in which Inmetro is deeply involved.
