The aim of this study is to investigate the agreement of clinicai diagnostic of occlusal caries in 51 teeth, between students of the last year of Faculty of Dentristry of UFRGS, with later relationship with the Bite-Wing radiografic and macroscopic exame. The clinicai results demonstrate a large variation among the examinators, the agreement beween them was 11,76%, and low specificity (O, 15 and O, 12) and moderate sensitivity (0,48 and 0,50) for visual and radiograpy examination, respectivity. The studies of different diagnostic methods of occulsal surfaces need more attention to obtain more fidelity.Downloads
