Abstract

The authors make a present review about regulator proteins of cartilage and bone formation. The tissue reconstruction caused by pathologies processes like trauma and neoplasy are the great challenge orthopaedic, oral and maxillofacial surgery.The use of this biomaterial in clinical surgery comes promove a great favour, but need more researches about the nature of osteogenesis.
