Abstract

Opinions about the granulomas incidence and cysts in periapice lesions are presented here. In case of diagnosis doubt a conservative conduct should be followed, Periodical X ray control, after the root canal treatment, in order to accompany the process of evolution is advised. Surgery should only be used, after X-ray control, if the case is one of those cronival processes of the periapice.
