The authors present a case of a 18 (eighteen) years old male patient, presenting a recurrent painless tumour on the left side of his face, growing both intra and extraorally- It caused progressive limitation of mandibular mobilitv. Histopathological result of cavernous lymphangioma differed from the previous findings seen on magnetic resonance imaging.Downloads
