In the search for improved results in a wind turbine blade factory, Routine Management was implemented following the steps of the PDCA cycle. The present work describes the application of two approaches that happened simultaneously in the factory, one acting in a corrective way and the other in a preventive way in the solution of the problems mapped as critical. Seeking with this to show the step by step of these approaches and the results achieved along with the difficulties covered during the execution, through the treatment of the problems encountered. The biggest gains were the levels connection, the establishment of the connection between the indicators, the reduction of the average blade cycle and the encouragement of maturity in indicator management. The biggest difficulties were the engagement of the levels in fulfilling their responsibilities.
