The aim of this paper is to evaluate the economic impacts generated by the investments of the Program to Accelerate Growth (PAC) in logistics infrastructure in the State of Bahia, Brazil, between the period 2007 to 2010. Thus, the method adopted is based on the modified variant of RAS aggregate, which was obtained in the Input-Output Matrix of the State, the base year 2006. Thus, given that public investments in infrastructure have positive effects on economic activity, it is inferred that these investments have generated approximately R$ 7.6 billion increase in output in the economy, create approximately 54 thousand of direct and indirect jobs and generated approximately R$ 3.3 billion of additional income in the Bahia's economy. However, the spillover effects reveal that some of these results showed serious structural weaknesses of the state.
