This paper presents two cases of calcifying odontogenic cyst, the first in association with a odontoma and another to ameloblastoma. When this happens the treatment planning modifies drastically because the biological environment changes for each associated lesion. The treatment would be since a curettage until a block resection. This shows the importance of accurate diagnosis and a close follow-up on clinical practice.Downloads
