    Abstract

The general law of accumulation is a recurring theme in Marxist studies. On the other side, the Goodwin model is several times referred to as a formal translation of the general law in the case where the organic composition is constant. Realizing that the capitalist accumulation with constant organic composition is just a particular case, the objective is to build in this paper a formal model that incorporates the idea of growing organic composition.
