Abstract

This work is a correlational and descriptive study which attempts to measure the perception of patients and members of the nursing staff concerning the patients freedom of root and action, as well as attribute the reason for the inexistance of patients freedom of action, in the point of view of members of the nursing staff of a self-care unit.
