FEMININE GENDER AND NIGHT WORK IN NURSING: more evident feelings.

Concerns of a master’s dissertation unrolling, that objectives investigating about the possibilities/limits of sleep recovery in workwomen with medium level in nursing that develop their activities in night shifts at a first–aid clinic of a public hospital in Natal/RN. Analitic study, with a qualitative approach with the technical using of thematic oral history. Fifteen workwomen in nursing were interviewed. It’s evident on their speech the physiological and psychological suffers that the lack of sleep causes in health and life of these workwomen, making clear the overtask and sociocultural imperfections of feminine genders.Downloads
