Nursing assistance humanization: the view of nurses from Health Service Network

It is an exploratory-descriptive study, with qualitative approach that aimed at evaluating the view of the nurses on the humanization of assistance in Health Service network in a town in Southern Brazil; it also had the objective of pointing the difficulties for a humanized care of the workers and users. 37 nurses responded to the open-questions questionnaire. The difficulties for a humanized service were lack of time and material resources. Concerning the humanized care for the worker lack of attention, recognition and value were pointed as characteristics. The nurses recommend the services by the qualification and commitment with the user.Downloads
