Abstract

Leadership in nursing is a topic of great concern among nursing educators and nursing service personnel. Nursing must have leaders to become professionalized. Since leadership can be leaders, we believe that nurses sould be educated to become leaders. The purpose of this paper is offer a theoretical basis of the concept and its application to nursing practice.
