Modelos e práticas de gestão na educação superior: uma análise do processo de implantação da UFT

Uma análise do processo de implantação da Universidade Federal do Tocantis (UFT), buscando compreender os modelos e práticas de gestão predominantes e as relações destes com os movimentos reformistas do final dos anos de 1990. As informações foram obtidas em documentos e entrevistas na UFT e órgãos estaduais e federais. O estudo aponta que, ao ser criada, no ano de 2000, a UFT tomou por base a estrutura da anterior Universidade Estadual, caracterizada por fortes ingerências administrativas e práticas de gestão marcadas por elementos patrimoniais, burocráticos, gerenciais e até democráticos.Downloads
