TALENTO DESPORTIVO: UM ESTUDO DOS INDICADORES SOMÁTICOS E MOTORES NA SELEÇÃO DE JOVENS ESCOLARES MASCULINOS PARA O HANDEBOL
Abstract
O presente estudo faz parte de uma das áreas do Projeto Esporte Brasil e tem por objetivo identificar um conjunto de indicadores capazes de justificar as diferenças entre dois níveis de prestação desportiva e estabelecer um modelo que interprete aspectos da performance desportivo-motora e selecione indivíduos com características referenciadas ao handebol. A amostra é composta por 128 indivíduos do sexo masculino com idades entre 14 e 16 anos nos estágios 4 e 5 de maturação sexual dos pêlos pubianos segundo Tanner (1962) divididos em dois grupos conforme o nível de prestação desportiva ( G1=68 escolares da Rede de Ensino Público de Parobé e o G2=60 atletas de handebol de nível nacional avaliados no V Jogos da Juventude).
ABSTRACT
The present study is part of one of the areas of the Projeto Esporte Brasil and has for objective to identify a group of indicators capables to justify the differences between two leveis of sport instalment and to establish a model that interprets aspects of the motor-sportive performance and select individuais with characteristic refered to the handball. sex with ages between 14 and 16 years old in the leveis 4 and 5 of sexual maturation of the pubian hair according toTanner (1962) divided in two groups according to the levei of sport installment (G1=68 students of the Net of Public Teaching of Parobé and G2=60 athletes of handball national levei evaluated in the V YoutIYs Games).
