The objective of this study was to analyze the habitability conditions and quality of life of the population of the 32 states of Mexico, with the purpose of explaining their satisfaction with life in general. It is a cross-sectional investigation, with a quantitative approach and a descriptive-correlational design based on information obtained from the CPV 2020 of the INEGI and the dimensions analyzed were quality of life, urban infrastructure, and equipment. It is concluded that 63% of the satisfaction with life in general of the population of the 32 federal entities is mainly due, in a positive sense, to having sidewalks on all roads and in a negative sense, to the proportion of population that has storm drainage on all roads and the variable of percentage of population with disabilities.
