Abstract

The present work proposes to exercise the application of a actantial model system on the theatrical text O Boi dos Chifres de Ouro: uma comédia pampeira em 1 ato, by Ivo Bender. The model to be used is the one developed by the researcher Anne Ubersfeld, in the form of schemas from the actant scheme developed by Algirdas-Julius Greimas (1917-1992), which started from the research of two other narrative theorists: the Russian Vladimir Propp (1895-1970), scholar on Wonderful Tale Morphology (1984); and from the French Étienne Souriau (1892-1979), in his work The Two Hundred Thousand Dramatic Situations (1993).
