Abstract

The article makes an analysis about the achievement of Scenic Arts Documentation and Research Center – Espaço Sonia Duro and Scenic Arts Production Incentive Prize/Ieacen projects, both of them fundamental to constitute the calling of Teatro de Arena de Porto Alegre as a experimental space, through a view of the history of this theater wich points out the relationship between the community and politic society elapsed in this process.
