Abstract

This text aims to look at the oeuvre of contemporary choreographer Meg Stuart and investigate what makes it so destabilizing and provocative. This investigation was undertaken from the point of view of the theory of deconstruction by Jacques Derrida and related concepts, departing from his philosophical questions in order to relate them to the mentioned choreographer’s creative procedures, performing proposals and approach to the body.
