In this article, I use a theoretical-practical trajectory, where I had my body and the feminine side of my personality, anima (Jung, 2000), as the driving forces of research that take place in the field of the performing arts. For the structuring of this material, it was necessary not only to camp in my inner dimension, but to carry out the Listening Research journey (NUNES, 2020b), this being an individuation process that aims to uncover narratives that were once allocated in the personal/collective intimacy, so that these contents serve as a repertoire for the creation of theoretical and practical processes. Such a journey made me meander in my fields of memory, thus erecting a tripod for interlocution between jungian analytical psychology, performing practices and autobiographical narratives, whose goal is to establish meetings with myself.
