Tecnologias da Indústria 4.0 que Evoluíram para a Indústria 5.0: Uma Revisão Sistemática da Literatura

Resumo

A transição da Indústria 4.0 para a Indústria 5.0 marca uma mudança de um modelo orientado pela tecnologia para uma abordagem centrada no ser humano, enfatizando a criatividade, o bem-estar e a inclusão na manufatura. Este estudo realiza uma revisão sistemática da literatura para explorar como as tecnologias da Indústria 4.0 podem evoluir para se alinhar aos princípios da Indústria 5.0. Sessenta e dois artigos revisados por pares foram analisados para identificar tecnologias-chave, como robôs colaborativos (cobots), inteligência artificial (IA) e realidade aumentada (RA). Essas tecnologias fortalecem a colaboração entre humanos e máquinas e promovem a capacitação dos trabalhadores. Os resultados revelam que, quando reorientadas para as necessidades humanas, essas tecnologias podem melhorar a segurança, a inclusão e a satisfação nos ambientes industriais. Esta pesquisa contribui para compreender como a inovação tecnológica pode ser integrada a valores centrados nas pessoas, oferecendo subsídios para pesquisadores, profissionais e formuladores de políticas na transição para sistemas industriais mais sustentáveis e humanizados.
