Consulting Model in Industry 5.0 in the Pulp and Paper Segment

This study proposes to develop a consultancy model to assess the maturity level of Industry 5.0 (I 5.0) practices in the pulp and paper segment. Value Proposition Canvas (VPC) as a framework and business model to identify needs and create a value proposition for customers through Industry 5.0 practices consultancy. A five-level maturity scale was applied to the dimensions that characterize the diagnostic checklist model for Industry 5.0 practices. The Judge Validation research method was used to evaluate the content of the Industry 5.0 practices diagnostic checklist. As a result, a hypothetical consultancy called CoMind Solutions Consulting Ltd. was created, constituted through the creation of the social contract, creation of the mission, vision and values, in addition to the development of a business model based on the strategic management tool VPC. A checklist model was also created to diagnose Industry 5.0 practices and their respective level of maturity.
