Jewish religiouness and limitroph identity in A la salida de Lisboa, by João PintoDelgado - Abstract: This article address the process of rebuilding the Jewish identity of the Portuguese poet João Pinto Delgado, specifically through the poem "A La Salida de Lisboa", written in Spanish in the Netherlands in the seventeenth century. This would have been a tool in the search for the author’s social and religious positioning, as of his peers, after they lived as crypto-Jews in face of the Inquisition.
