The educative relation between pharmaceutical and patient in distributing points of medicines of health public

Abstract

This investigation has as objective know the relations that establish themselves between pharmaceuticals and patients during the dispensation of medicines and collaborate to the theorical-practice discussion of the pharmacy courses. The investigation context consisted into two distributing points of medicines. The subjects of the research were two pharmaceutics, four academicals and eighty-four users. The analysis were realized with base in the made up data through the direct observation, semi-structured and opened interviews. The contributions that this investigation intends to bring are related to the formation of academicals, to the educative relations in the actuation field of the pharmaceutical and the importance of the interdisciplinary staff conformation worried about the entailment, refugement and user autonomy
