THE SEXUAL BEHAVIOR OF ADOLESCENTS IN SOME SCHOOLS IN THE EMBU CITY, SÃO PAULO, BRAZIL.

ABSTRACT This article is a hallmark of quantitative descriptive research, which aimed to meet some aspects related to the sexual behavior of adolescents. The study population is up to 920 teenagers between 10 and 19 years of age, who attended schools of basic education and the region's average of Santo Eduardo, municipality of Embu, São Paulo. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire with 28 questions, the results of which showed that 77% of teenagers liked your body, 71% sought information about sexuality and 35% felt their parents as a primary source of information, 26% of teenagers said active sex life, 79% had their first sexual relationship with 14 years or less, and the condom used in 81% of relationships. The results of the study reinforce the importance of sexual orientation among the adolescents to ensure preventive results.Downloads
