Abstract

The article aims to deconstruct the negative image that is attributed to the public service, based on bureaucratic rationality, even finding extraordinary elements that permeate the daily character of these activities, without neglecting, however, to denounce opportunistic elements that degrade the dignity of the public official, bureaucracy and its inherent attributions.
