Based on the show-cabaret Noites de Parangolé, performed by Teatro de Anônimo, from 2008 to 2021, this text proposes a reflection on artistic research, mode of production and management over these 13 years. From the project carried out through a cultural sponsorship notice, to its realization online during the COVID-19 pandemic, its transformations in management have been taking place throughout this history, little by little, in the continuous exercise of what I have been risking to call Management of Terreiro, a collectivizing and decolonizing way of managing cultural projects.
