ESTÉTICA DO SUL: FIELDS FOREVER E PLANOS DE UMA CIDADE INFINDA

Resumo

RESUMO: Propomos uma reflexão sobre recursos estéticos assentes no caminho de uma zona de trânsito e sob a perspectiva de um terceiro olhar, o do Sul global, espaço franco do híbrido e do diverso. Consideramos contrastes entre nomes como Jorge Luis Borges, Aldyr Schlee, Antonio di Benedetto e Vitor Ramil, de modo a pensarmos em interpretações concorrentes. Tal circulação de saberes sugere a compreensão de uma estética do Sul, suas peculiaridades, formulações híbridas e práticas transculturais.

ABSTRACT: We propose a reflection on aesthetic resources based on the path of a transit zone and from the perspective of a third look, that of the global South, a frank space of the hybrid and the diverse. We consider contrasts between names like Jorge Luis Borges, Aldyr Schlee, Antonio di Benedetto and Vitor Ramil, in order to think of competing interpretations.  Such circulation of knowledge suggests the understanding of a Southern aesthetic, its peculiarities, hybrid formulations and transcultural practices.
