A PEQUENA NAÇÃO SIMBOLISTA

Abstract

Resumo: O conceito de “literaturas menores”, proposto por Franz Kafka, serve para pensar o surgimento do simbolismo paranaense e da principal obra (Ilusão) de seu poeta mais importante, Emiliano Perneta. O culto da torre de marfim e o misticismo criam uma identidade local que busca o distanciamento da cidade dos homens para propor o mito da urbe helênica, réplica da cidade da Justiça, primeira representação de Curitiba na literatura brasileira.

Abstract: The concept “minor literatures” proposed by Franz Kafka serves to think about the emergence of paranaense symbolism and about the main work (Ilusão) of its most important poet, Emiliano Perneta. The cult of the ivory tower and the mysticism create a local identity which seeks to distance itself from the city of men in order to propose the myth of the Hellenic city, a replica of the city of Justice, the first representation of the city of Curitiba in the Brazilian literature.
