A Guerra Trastâmara como um exemplo da intolerância contra os judeus na Idade Média
Resumo
O presente artigo aborda a intolerância sofrida pelos judeus do reino de Castela durante a guerra dinástica de Trastâmara. O antijudaísmo foi usado como propaganda política pelo bastardo Enrique de Trastâmara que almejava o trono de seu irmão Pedro I. Durante a guerra o antijudaísmo ganhou força e a intolerância levou a assassinatos, roubos e destruição de comunidades judaicas.
The Trastámara War as an example of intolerance against Jews in the Middle Ages - Abstract: This article deals with the intolerance suffered by the Jews of the kingdom of Castile during the Trastámara dynastic war. The anti-Judaism has been used as a propaganda by the bastard Enrique Trastámara, who craved the throne of his brother Peter I. During the war the anti-Judaism gained strength and the intolerance led to murder, robbery and destruction of Jewish communities.
